Despite only debuting last year, NewJeans has already taken the world by storm and cemented themselves with some of the biggest girl groups in K-Pop. Yet, despite being so successful, it’s not surprising that the members are also K-Pop fans.
Recently, member Haerin gained attention after being asked about her fourth-generation girl group biases, with an unexpected plot twist.

During a recent fan call, Haerin was asked about her biases and given a list of girl groups to pick from. Whether it was LE SSERAFIM, IVE, aespa, or ITZY, Haerin was a true K-Pop fan when she just replied, “Everyone.”

Yet, while Haerin picked “everyone” for all the groups, one didn’t fit the mold, and it was JYP group NMIXX. When shown a picture of the group, Haerin actually chose a bias and went for Kyujin!

Of course, it’s nos secret that Haerin and Kyujin are friends, as the two maknaes even shared a selfie together along with LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae.
When the video was posted, netizens couldn’t get over Haerin’s hilarious answer. Although some joked about the reasons she gave the answer, others loved how honest she was with the fan.
