2011

Starting the journey of idols on this list is none other than BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon. 2020

RM and J-Hope of BTS, along with Jay Park — a soloist and now CEO of AOMG and H1GHR MUSIC — were honored in 2020. RM and J-Hope have been instrumental in shaping BTS’s sound, while Jay Park has been a force in the industry both as an artist and a producer.

2021

Seungyoon and Mino from WINNER joined the ranks in 2021. Both have shown their musicality not just in performances but also in creating music that resonates with fans.

In 2022, BTOB‘s Hyunsik was recognized for his musical talents. Known for his soulful voice and musical versatility, he has played a significant role in BTOB’s musical direction.

Bangchan, Changbin, and Han from Stray Kids, a group known for its self-produced music, were inducted last year. They were the first 4th generation idols to be promoted to full members, highlighting the younger generation’s growing influence in K-Pop.

Jungkook‘s solo work and his contributions to BTS’s discography, along with Soyeon‘s role as the leader and main producer for (G)I-DLE, have earned them this prestigious recognition — making them the latest addition.
