As someone as into fashion design as Hongjoong is, of course the K-Pop idol has professionals in the clothing industry that he looks up to. His mother was the person who originally inspired his interest in fashion, and he has even spoken about wanting to create his own clothing brand that breaks gender norms. Expressing himself through his outfits is clearly something very important to Hongjoong, and that’s why a recent invitation he received is so huge for the idol!

While ATEEZ was in Copenhagen, Denmark for their ongoing The Fellowship: Break The Wall tour, Hongjoong went live and revealed that he had been personally invited by French fashion designer Olivier Rousteing to attend a Balmain presentation in Paris!
Hongjoong has spoken openly about his admiration for Olivier before, and has even said that he’s his favorite designer.
He mentioned Olivier Rousteing as one of the fashion designers that he liked, and he’s now been invited to the Balmain Presentation in Paris
